GridFlow: Photo Collage Maker

Effective date: July 2, 2026

Android package: com.gridflow.photocollagemaker

Overview

GridFlow: Photo Collage Maker is an Android image layout and export app. It provides Collage Maker, Image Stitching, Image Stacking, Image Splitting, Watermarking, Resize and Convert, Format Conversion, Compare, and Color Picker tools.

The app is designed to process the images you choose on your device. The current market build does not require an account, does not sell personal information, does not show advertising, and does not upload your selected photos to a developer server for processing.

Information the app processes

When you use GridFlow, the app may process photos, image files, file names, file metadata, dimensions, color values, and export settings that you choose or create. This processing is necessary for app features such as arranging images into collages, stitching images together, layering images, splitting images into tiles, applying watermarks, resizing images, converting formats, comparing images, and sampling colors.

GridFlow may store app preferences, recent choices, theme settings, save locations, and similar configuration data on your device so the app can remember your preferred workflow. Exported images are saved only when you choose to save or share them.

If you contact the developer by email, the developer will receive the email address, message contents, attachments, and any other information you decide to include. That contact data is used to respond to your request and maintain support records.

Permissions and why they are requested

GridFlow uses Android system pickers and scoped storage for selecting images and saving exported files. The current market build does not request broad photos, media, storage, or all-files access.

Camera permission may be requested only if you choose a camera capture flow. Camera access is used to capture an image for your selected workflow, not for continuous recording or background monitoring.

Foreground service and notification-related permissions may be used for long-running image export work so Android can keep the task visible and less likely to be interrupted.

Internet and network state permissions may exist in the app manifest for platform integrations and app infrastructure. The current market build does not use these permissions to upload your selected photos, exported images, or image contents to a developer server.

Analytics, crash reports, and advertising

The current market build may use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to measure app usage, screen openings, diagnostics, and crash reports. The app may also request and display ads through Google advertising services. GridFlow does not sell user data.

Google Play, Android, your device manufacturer, or any store or operating-system service you use may process data under their own privacy terms. This policy covers GridFlow itself and the developer-controlled app behavior.

Sharing and disclosure

GridFlow does not share your selected images with the developer. Images leave the app only when you choose to save, export, share, open, or send them through Android, another app, a storage provider, or a service you select.

The developer may disclose information only when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to respond to a support request you initiated, or with service providers needed to operate developer communications such as email.

Data retention and deletion

Images selected in the app remain on your device or in the storage locations you choose. Exported files remain where you save them until you delete them. App preferences remain on your device until you clear app data, uninstall the app, or change those settings.

Android backup or device transfer features may back up app settings according to your device and Google account settings. You can manage backup behavior in Android settings.

Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain records, and protect the developer and users. You may request deletion of support emails by contacting the developer at the address below.

Security

GridFlow uses Android platform storage, permission, and sharing controls. No app can guarantee absolute security, so you should avoid selecting or sharing images that contain sensitive information unless you are comfortable with the chosen workflow and destination.

Children

GridFlow is not directed to children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support email, contact the developer so it can be removed where appropriate.

International users

If you contact the developer, your email and support information may be processed in the country where the developer or email provider operates. By contacting the developer, you choose to send that information for support handling.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when app behavior, legal requirements, or store requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when a material change is made.
